Non-Certified Classroom Teacher - Phoenix Main Campus

The teacher serves as the lead instructor, implementing the adopted curriculum and student iep goals within the structured classroom model while supervising and coaching the classroom support staff. Key duties include weekly lesson planning, providing daily feedback to support staff, analyzing data for instructional decisions, and maintaining regular parent communication.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be prepared to enroll in the azacs teaching certification program or an equivalent program. A minimum of one year of experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities in a classroom setting is preferred, along with demonstrated mastery of aba teaching strategies and success in behavior management.
