This full-Time, tenure-Track faculty member will teach courses in scriptural studies, including general education and online master's courses, as well as specialized courses in old or new testament exegesis based on expertise. Responsibilities also include academic advising and other faculty duties within the university and college.

Requirements summary

Applicants are preferred to have a completed ph.d. In scriptural studies, with a strong record in teaching undergraduate and graduate students and active scholarly contribution. Candidates must also be ordained or pursuing ordination in the church of the nazarene and adhere to wesleyan theological perspectives.
