Clinical Scheduler, Nursing

The clinical coordinator manages all clinical experiences for pre-Licensure nursing programs, including site identification, scheduling placements, and ensuring all student and faculty clearances and compliances are current according to affiliation agreements. This role serves as the liaison to clinical agencies, overseeing access accounts, compiling necessary documentation, and communicating schedules while collaborating with leadership to ensure high-Quality experiential learning opportunities.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor of science in nursing, health, or an education-Related field, along with two years of relevant experience in nursing, healthcare, or higher education. Candidates must possess excellent communication and advanced organizational skills, proficiency with basic office technologies like google suite and excel, and strong analytical abilities.
