Lower Level Facilitator/Teacher *In Person* iLEAD Flex

The facilitator will plan, organize, and implement an instructional program focused on project-Based learning, creating and tailoring curriculum to meet learner needs. Duties include developing rigorous lessons, evaluating academic and social growth, maintaining records, and fostering a safe, engaging learning atmosphere.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, including all necessary courses for credential requirements, and the appropriate credential for core subject positions, along with el authorization (Clad, bclad certification). Essential qualifications include experience in an educational setting, strong problem-Solving and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
