Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

This role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include diligently collecting data to monitor client progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

The company seeks passionate individuals who love working with children and making a difference, offering comprehensive onboarding and training even for those without direct experience. Candidates must be available all day monday through friday between 8 am and 5 pm and must pass a background check.
