Success Coach

The success coach provides holistic support for an assigned caseload of incoming students, utilizing a chosen methodology across nine focus areas including academics, career exploration, and well-Being. Responsibilities involve guiding students toward academic and career goals, managing outreach, implementing success strategies, and intervening in student concerns to increase retention.

A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with professional experience typically gained within one or more years in areas like academic advising or success coaching. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
