Senior Success Coach

This role also involves mentoring junior success coaches, serving as a subject matter expert, and contributing to strategic goals related to graduate readiness and retention rates.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, success coaching certification, and over two years of professional experience in areas like academic advising or success coaching, along with proficiency in crm systems and knowledge of student transitional issues. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and prior experience in academic advising or student coaching programs.
