Physical Therapist I

The outpatient physical therapist is responsible for organizing, performing, and modifying therapy programs based on thorough patient evaluations and best practice methods for a designated group of patients. This role involves establishing age-Specific plans of care, setting functional goals, consistently re-Evaluating treatment effectiveness, and educating patients and families.

Candidates must have successfully graduated from an accredited, discipline-Specific program and possess a bachelor's degree in physical therapy, along with current cpr certification from the american heart association. Applicants must also hold or be eligible for and applying for a current physical therapy license in the state of illinois.
