Core responsibilities
This role designs, coordinates, and continuously improves scalable, technology-Enabled learning experiences for onboarding, leadership development, and organizational learning across the non-Clinical workforce. The specialist collaborates on designing and delivering blended, digital, and experiential learning solutions to strengthen leadership capability and ensure consistent development pathways.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree or 4-10 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in instructional design, education, or organizational development, with a master's degree being preferred. Candidates must possess 7-10 years of job-Related experience, including system-Level learning design and onboarding expertise, and must submit a portfolio including elearning samples.
