First Assistant Volleyball Coach

The first assistant volleyball coach assists the head coach in all facets of running a successful ncaa division i program, including coaching specific positions, managing video equipment, and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities also involve developing student-Athletes for competition, supervising workouts in the head coach's absence, and assisting with recruiting efforts through evaluations and opponent scouting.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a master's degree preferred. Essential qualifications include maintaining high ethical standards, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of ncaa rules, and the ability to travel frequently, including weekends and potentially internationally for recruiting.
