Graduate Community Building and Program Development Assistant (Student)

The graduate assistant will plan and implement programs, facilitate student development sessions, and provide direct support and mentorship to students, focusing on the lgbtqia+ and disability+ communities. This role also involves coordinating program logistics, conducting assessment via qualtrics, and supporting communications for learning initiatives.

Applicants must be currently enrolled american university students, specifically in au’s school of education graduate programs, and hold a bachelor's degree. Required experience includes student programming and/Or leadership development, with flexible scheduling expected for up to 20 part-Time hours per week, including evening and core day availability.
