Counselor

The role involves providing professional mental health counseling to students through individual, group, and couples therapy, alongside offering crisis intervention for psychological emergencies. Additionally, the counselor will present outreach and educational programs to support the mental wellbeing of the university community and consult with various departments.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage & family therapy, along with three years of relevant experience. Applicants are required to be licensed in mississippi or license-Eligible, with the ms license needing to be obtained by the first day of work.
