Core responsibilities

The behavior therapist will work under the direction of special education teachers and board-Certified behavior analysts to implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs. This role also involves collaborating with various service providers such as school psychologists, speech and language pathologists, and occupational/Physical therapists.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma is required for this position, although a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is strongly preferred. Experience working directly with children with disabilities is necessary, and experience in aba is preferred.
