Core responsibilities

The senior behavior therapist will work under the direction of special education teachers and board-Certified behavior analysts to implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs. This role also involves collaboration with service providers such as school psychologists, speech and language pathologists, and occupational/Physical therapists.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have at least 3 months of exemplary performance as a behavior therapist with aspire or 12 months with another aba provider, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or related needs and collecting data on behavior analytic measures is required, along with a valid driver's license.
