Center-Based Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings, implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and be willing to undergo a background check, with a minimum requirement of a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to get on the floor, lift up to 50lbs, and move quickly for client safety, alongside possessing strong attention to detail and technological proficiency for data recording.
