Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide direct 1

1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with reliable transportation required. A critical requirement is holding or obtaining registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, alongside the physical ability to perform job duties like lifting up to 50lbs and frequent movement.
