Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols for skill acquisition and reduction. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, being at least 18 years old, having reliable transportation, and the physical ability to perform job duties like lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly.
