Therapeutic Mentor

The role involves offering community-Based services, including skill coaching, life skills training, and behavior management, to children, adolescents, and their families. Responsibilities also include fostering positive relationships with external agencies and collaborating within a multi-Disciplinary treatment team to guide youth in their home communities.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and typically require a bachelor's degree in a human services field, though an associate's degree is acceptable. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth needing behavioral management for mental health concerns is necessary, along with maintaining a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transporting youth.
