Competency Coordinator

The coordinator will oversee, plan, organize, and implement recreational and competency life skill-Based activities for adolescent students, helping them develop skills like cooking, banking, and vocational abilities to foster self-Worth and success. This role also involves developing community connections and creating a safe, therapeutic community by role modeling effective coping strategies.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and maintain a valid driver's license as student transportation is required. Experience in a mental health setting, activity planning, and community outreach is preferred, and availability for evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts is necessary.
