Instructional Assistant

The instructional assistant will convey passion for educating others by providing enriching academic assistance to teachers and students in a special education setting. Daily work involves supporting students in developing life skills, modeling effective coping strategies, and helping them build a sense of self for future success.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a parapro certification, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree, with experience in special education or mental health settings being strongly preferred. A valid driver's license is required as student transportation is necessary, and availability for evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as needed is mandatory.
