Recovery Coach

The residential counselor will be a key player in integrating and supporting clients through their recovery journey by providing support and intervention consistent with their treatment plan. Responsibilities also include engaging clients, assisting with food preparation and supervision during meals, exposure to therapeutic groups, conducting rounds, and occasionally driving clients off-Site.

Candidates must have at least two years of post-High school education, with a bachelor's in psychology preferred, and ideally one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting. A valid state-Issued driver's license with a safe driving history is required, along with strong communication, client relations, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
