Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Responsibilities include administering speech therapy programs using specialized techniques and equipment, assisting in the development of client goals, and documenting client progress toward those objectives. The role also involves providing feedback to the supervisor, instructing patients and caregivers on treatment regimes, and maintaining clinical competency in the field.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of speech language pathology assistant program with a bachelor’s degree in speech language pathology and hold a current state license to practice speech-Language pathology. One year of experience as a speech-Language pathology assistant is preferred.
