The role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing accurate diagnoses for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, and implementing evidence-Based therapies while monitoring and adjusting treatment plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary team settings.

Candidates must possess a degree in speech language pathology from an accredited institution and hold or be eligible for valid state licensure as an slp. Certification from the american speech-Language-Hearing association (Asha) (Ccc-Slp) is required, along with strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities.
