Core responsibilities
The specialist will lead the development and design of career pathways for industry-Driven programs, working with life coaches and advisory networks to increase student exposure to work opportunities like internships and job shadowing. Duties also include developing marketing strategies, conducting research on performance measures, aligning training to in-Demand jobs, and overseeing student participation in certification and dual-Credit classes.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, social work, or psychology, with a master's in education preferred, alongside strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential requirements include the ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. And 9:00 p.m. And knowledge of missouri community colleges, technical schools, and adult training schools.
