Academic Advisor - Practical Nursing (PN)

This role is primarily responsible for the academic advisement of students in the practical nurse (Pn) program, covering course selection, enrollment oversight, and ensuring completion of required certificate courses. Essential duties include reviewing applicant files, managing student plans of study, auditing course completion including clinical hours, and counseling students on academic processes like add/Withdrawal.

A master’s degree is preferred, ideally with a background in academic advisement, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills, along with computer proficiency and a thorough understanding of institutional academic policies.
