Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children in various settings to implement aba programs designed by a supervising bcba. Key duties include providing aba therapy, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and supporting skill development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Interest in behavioral health and a willingness to complete rbt certification if not already certified are also necessary.
