Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), which includes implementing treatment plans and tracking session data. Technicians are also responsible for supporting skill development, promoting positive behavior, and communicating progress with the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. A willingness to complete registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is required if not already certified, alongside being organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
