Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), which includes following treatment plans and collecting session data. Technicians are expected to support skill development, promote positive behavior, and communicate progress with the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Interest in behavioral health is required, and willingness to complete registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification if not already certified is necessary.
