Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician

The role involves providing aba therapy to children one-On-One in various settings under the supervision of a bcba, which includes following treatment plans and collecting session data. Technicians are also responsible for supporting skill development, promoting positive behavior, and sharing progress updates with the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Interest in behavioral health is necessary, and willingness to complete rbt certification is required if not already certified.
