HR Education Specialist II (Technology Trainer)- hybrid

This role supports training for carilion's electronic medical record, epic, and other organizational technologies, requiring the ability to train multiple days per week and assist with material preparation, scheduling, and field support. The specialist will also participate on hr project teams, focusing on process improvement, monitoring content and timelines, and serving as a culture and change management champion.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 3 years of general hr related experience, or a master's degree with relevant experience, along with strong platform skills and comfort presenting to varied audiences. Essential requirements include excellent customer service, written/Verbal communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work resourcefully in a fast-Paced, flexible environment.
