Child Behavior Specialist

The specialist will support and implement individualized plans focusing on decreasing unsafe behaviors while increasing communication and social skills, all under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities also include observing client skills and collecting data to assess skills and develop program goals.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and previous experience working with children, along with a current registered behavior technician credential or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire. A bachelor's degree in behavioral science and specific experience with autism or developmental disabilities are preferred, and afternoon availability until 6 p.m. Is required.
