Confidential Resource Advisor

This role involves providing emergency and ongoing support to survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, and stalking, operating as a member of the office of human resources. The advisor reports directly to the chief human resources officer and must adhere to relevant state statutes regarding support at institutions of higher education.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with demonstrated experience in sexual violence or domestic violence advocacy and the ability to effectively provide victim services. Preferred qualifications suggest a master's degree and experience in training, curriculum development, or leading support groups.
