Program Support Specialist- Middlesex County

The program support specialist coordinates nurse assignments, manages the client database, and actively recruits and schedules families for home visits within the family connects program. This role also involves conducting post-Visit follow-Ups to assess satisfaction and tracking referral success.

A bachelor's degree in education or a health-Related field is required, with a preference for experience in non-Profit, maternal child health, or social service organizations. Candidates must possess fluency in english and spanish, excellent data entry and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license for required local and statewide travel.
