Head Start Teacher

The head start teacher is responsible for leading a classroom of 3-5 year old children, implementing a child-Centered curriculum, and collaborating with families and staff to achieve positive outcomes. The role includes addressing challenging behaviors, documenting children's progress, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Candidates must have an associate or bachelor’s degree in child development, early childhood education, or equivalent coursework. A physical exam and background checks are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
