Program aide

The program aide supports various assigned programs by stimulating member interest and participation in areas like academics and fitness, while also assisting instructors and coordinators as needed. This role involves helping maintain classroom materials, ensuring discipline adherence to club rules, and fostering a positive atmosphere for members' long-Term goals.

Candidates must have a working knowledge of the boys & girls clubs' core program areas, including academic success, education/Career, and health/Physical education, along with good interpersonal skills. Essential physical requirements include the ability to walk, stand for sustained periods, talk, hear in moderately loud environments, and possess close and distance visual acuity.
