PROGRAM AIDE - Summer Position Only

The program aide supports various assigned programs by stimulating member interest and participation in areas like academics and fitness, and assisting instructors or coordinators as needed. This role also involves helping maintain discipline, fostering a positive atmosphere, and assisting with data collection.

Candidates must have working knowledge of the boys & girls clubs' core program areas, including academic success, education/Career, and health/Physical education, along with good interpersonal skills. Essential requirements include high energy, endurance, patience, the ability to model appropriate behaviors, and skills to address and de-Escalate crises.
