Program aide

The program aide supports various assigned programs by stimulating member interest and participation in areas like academics and fitness, while also helping maintain materials and equipment. This role involves assisting instructors and coordinators, helping mobilize members, and maintaining discipline according to bgc rules.

Candidates must have working knowledge of core program areas including academic success, education/Career, and health/Physical education, along with good interpersonal skills. Essential physical requirements include the ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and use hands for tasks like typing reports, often in a moderately loud environment.
