Behavior Therapist (BT/RBT)

Behavior therapists provide one-On-One therapy, implement behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas, and accurately collect data on client behaviors during sessions. They also assist clients in acquiring functional skills and provide training to parents/Caregivers on intervention techniques.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and meet the eligibility requirements to obtain rbt certification, including passing the certification exam within the training period. Physical requirements include the capacity to move quickly, respond to aggressive behavior, and lift up to 50 pounds.
