Core responsibilities
The role involves serving as an in-Person supervisor to clients and registered behavior technicians (Rbts) while receiving mentorship, performing up to 30 hours of bcba-Related tasks and 10 hours of direct therapy services weekly. Responsibilities also include supporting new hire training and proactively managing and developing rbt staff.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, along with specialized knowledge in behavioral health treatment philosophies. A key requirement is pending board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification within one year of the offer, along with extensive knowledge in behavior analysis and reliable personal transportation.
