Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinician

The bcba will provide clinical oversight and behavioral support to adults with i/Dd in residential settings, which includes conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also involve training staff on behavioral strategies, overseeing behavioral plans, and managing crisis support.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and be a currently licensed board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or eligible within six months of hire. Required experience includes working with adults with developmental disabilities and demonstrated skill in designing and implementing pbs-Supported assessments and treatment plans.
