Developmental Specialist

The specialist will deliver direct care and support based on individual needs, implementing and monitoring individualized support plans and behavior strategies. They will facilitate skill development and goal achievement while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent and preferably have a minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license with one year of experience is required, and cpr/First aid certification must be obtained within three months of employment.
