Residential Advisor, Substitute

The residential advisor monitors students on residential floors to ensure compliance with center rules and fosters character development by encouraging positive behavior patterns. This role also involves facilitating assistance during emergencies and documenting student activities and incidents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of experience working with youth. Essential requirements also include excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
