Case Manager, Counseling Services

This case manager supports students in accessing mental health care and related services through care coordination, follow-Up, and referrals to campus and community resources under the supervision of a licensed clinician. The role promotes continuity of care for higher-Need students by coordinating services, monitoring follow-Through, and assisting with transitions during increased need or crisis.

Required qualifications include either a bachelor’s degree in social work with two years of related experience or a master’s degree in social work with one year of related experience, specifically in social work case management. A valid driver's license may be required for positions that involve driving.
