The bcba will develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism, sharing in client achievements as they develop new skills. Key duties also involve providing support during family conversations, monitoring for client issues, and directly supervising and training behavioral technicians.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold a current bcba license, or be sitting for the exam within three months, welcoming students. Essential qualifications include demonstrated skills in implementing aba with children with asd, the ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
