Family-Centered Therapist-Contract

Independent contractors are responsible for providing home-Based therapy services to referred families, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering trauma-Informed individual and/Or family therapeutic services. Duties also include attending required meetings and court hearings, managing crises, ensuring family safety, and documenting all services monthly.

Applicants must possess a master's or doctorate degree in a human services field like psychology or social work and hold an active indiana behavioral health & human services license (Lsw, lcsw, lmfta/Lmft, lmhca/Lmhc). Additional requirements include meeting frequent deadlines, proficiency with technology, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to trauma-Informed care and dcs compliance.
