Behavior Therapist (BT/RBT)

Provide one-On-One therapy to clients in various settings by implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas, focusing on behavior reduction and skill acquisition. Responsibilities also include accurate data collection, progress monitoring, and training parents/Caregivers on intervention techniques.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and meet the minimum requirement of a high school diploma or ged, along with eligibility to obtain rbt certification. Physical requirements include the capacity to move quickly, respond to aggressive behavior, and lift up to 50 pounds.
