- What You'll Do In this role, you will support individuals in developing the skills needed for independent living and long-term success.
- Key responsibilities include: Teaching and modeling daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and other household management skills Supporting individuals in accessing housing and community resources Building strong, supportive relationships with each person on your caseload Tracking and documenting progress toward individual goals Collaborating with a team focused on continuous improvement and high-quality service Your work will directly contribute to increased independence, confidence, and quality of life for the individuals you support.
- What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of driving experience with a safe driving record Access to a reliable vehicle for community-based support and a CA Driver's License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate challenges creatively Knowledge of housing resources (or willingness to learn) A passion for social services and a commitment to empowering others are essential for success in this role.
