Youth Advisor

Youth advisors cultivate a secure treatment environment by establishing trustful connections with youth, offering guidance, imparting life skills, and safeguarding their welfare. They serve as mentors, monitor activities, assist with medication management, and teach daily living skills to support youth transitioning to adulthood.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, and hold a valid class e driver's license with auto insurance. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and experience working with children in a trauma-Informed setting.
