Direct Care Staff AM 6 am-2 pm- St. PJ's Children's Home

The direct care staff is responsible for the daily care and supervision of children in the emergency shelter, ensuring their health, safety, and well-Being are protected by maintaining a nurturing and therapeutic environment. This includes managing daily routines, providing physical care, administering medication, and actively counseling, teaching, and guiding the children.

Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, being 21 years of age or older, and possessing reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance. A minimum of 1 year of childcare experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass mandatory background checks and screenings.
