EHR Support Analyst (Training Specialist)

The ehr system analyst (Training specialist) primarily leads epic/Emr training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the ehr across the organization. This role involves teaching, curriculum design, workflow education, and building staff competency, alongside supporting basic system configuration and testing.

Candidates must demonstrate experience teaching or training adult learners, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have strong time-Management abilities to handle training schedules independently. Proficiency in microsoft office and the ability to analyze and document workflows clearly are also required.
